Hi, I’m Enrica 👋
I have a background in Business Psychology and joined ToolTime in 2021. I started in Sales and Customer Success Recruiting and as a People Partner for both departments. Over time, I expanded my scope to support other teams across the company. Since 2024, I’ve been leading the People Team.

I’m passionate about building strong company culture and helping people grow to their full potential. I’m dedicated to finding the best talent for ToolTime—people who not only fit our culture but also add to it. It’s a joy for me to support their careers and growth journeys here 🐝
