Before moving into the People world, I worked as a dental assistant for almost 8 years. Later, I studied Social Sciences and found my way into HR - where I’ve now been working for almost four years. Since April 2025, I’ve been at ToolTime as a People & Culture Manager, mainly focusing on recruiting.

What’s important to me? Building real connections with people and creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable being themselves. I care a lot about cultural fit - not in the sense of everyone being the same, but in the sense of shared values like trust, curiosity, and a drive to grow. I'm excited about finding people who want to shape things with us and enjoy working in a team that’s open, supportive, and motivated.
